Ginger N Olive, has fulfilled a long awaited need to have a trendy, modern restaurant in New Brunswick offering innovative yet authentic North Indian & Mughlai cuisine in an American ambience. With its tasty food, contemporary full bar and upscale ambience it has very quickly become "the" destination restaurant for many for entertaining friends or business associates as well as for taking the family out for a real good time and for special occasions like birthday parties, pre-wedding parties and so on.

Our philosophy is simple – EAT FRESH, EAT HEALTHY. Use of only natural & fresh ingredients, exotic spices and a real tandoor (clay oven), makes it possible to bring to you an array of irresistable delightful preparations from our Chef and her team.

The moment you step into the place, you experience an amazingly serene ambience. The combination of rich hardwood flooring, tall ceiling, a very large sparkling bar and tasteful lighting create a very soothing and relaxing upscale atmosphere. You can relax at the bar and enjoy some creatively made martinis, margaritas and many other drinks. On some selected weekends, a live piano recital adds a new dimension to the atmosphere.

During Monday through Saturday, Ginger N Olive offers lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM. If you are in a hurry, you have the convenience of having a quick business lunch.

On week-days, don’t forget to take advantage of the "Happy Hour" from 4 PM to 7 PM when you can enjoy drinks at half price

Ginger N Olive is conveniently located right across the street from New Brunswick train station at the corner of route 27 North & Spring street. Plenty of safe parking is available at the adjacent "Ferren Deck" makes it very convenient to go there. On some selected week-ends, valet parking may be available.
